Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our farm-to-table delivery service and local produce.

How do you ensure the freshness of the produce during delivery?

All our fruits and vegetables are harvested within 24 hours of dispatch. We use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners to ensure that your items arrive crisp, cool, and field-fresh to your doorstep.

Where is your produce sourced from?

The majority of our seasonal produce is grown right here at Strawberry Fields Farm. For items we cannot grow ourselves, we partner with certified local organic farmers who share our commitment to sustainable and ethical agriculture.

What is your delivery area and schedule?

We currently deliver within a 30-mile radius of our farm shop every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed by midnight on Sunday are eligible for Tuesday delivery, and orders placed by midnight on Wednesday are eligible for Friday delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription box?

Yes, you can manage your farm box subscription through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to skip a week, swap specific items, or cancel your subscription at any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

What should I do if an item in my order is damaged?

While we take great care in packing, fresh produce can be delicate. If any item arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours. We will provide a full refund or a replacement credit for your next order.

Do you use plastic packaging?

We are committed to sustainability. We use 100% recyclable cardboard boxes and compostable paper bags for our produce. We only use minimal plastic when absolutely necessary for food safety or to maintain the shelf life of specific leafy greens.
